It's time once again for our yearly vacation to the beach....and boy, do we really need it this year! :) No phone, no computer, just a week of relaxing at the seaside and doing a little surfing. We will be closed from Thursday, July 31st until Wednesday August 13th. All orders placed by noon on Wednesday (EST) will be processed before we leave town, however, all orders placed after that time will have to wait until we reopen. It's ok to put orders in while we're away, just know that we're not in the shop to get them filled, and they will get immediate attention as soon as we return. :) All backorded forges are being painted this week. I'm doing my best to get them out before we head out of town. Those that don't get shipped out this week will get shipped the week we return. Both Kathryn and I hope everyone is having a great Summer, and we want to extend a special thank you to all who hung in there with us while we dealt with some bad issues (flood, death), earlier this year....you all are the best. |

Our shopping cart now handles international orders! Now our international customers can easily check out through the shopping cart without having to go through the process of emailing us for a shipping quote! |

All sizes of platen liners are back in
stock!!! Also, we are instututing a new backorder policy. We will try to keep the web page updated as closely as we can, but if an item goes on backorder for longer than two weeks, we will refund the backordered item and ship the remainder of your order....this will save a lot of confusion for everybody. Once the item comes back in stock, you can reorder it at that time. The only exception to this rule are forges, which take longer than two weeks to get built up. |
